The Humidor

The Humidor 16 x 12 acrylic on gallery wrap canvas NFS
This is one of several paintings I'll be exhibiting in an upcoming Muskoka Arts and Crafts Members' show. I'm happy to say that a smaller, similar version sold earlier from DPW, so hopefully this one will fare well in the show.

  1. I would think so! Really great depiction of texture. Your ceramic piece has that feel and is different from the fruit and the wood surface. Very nice!

  2. Oh, good heavens...this is gorgeous! Beautifully composed.
The red of the plums and green grapes/ ceramic are lovely
complements, but I still think the design of the dark linkage is what grabs and lets my eye enjoy the different surfaces and colors.
You must be pleased with this. Helene. Stunning.
