Summer Reprised

Summer Reprised 12 x 9 acrylic on stretched canvas AVAILABLE

Leaping Into July

Leaping Into July  12 x 9 acrylic on stretched canvas  SOLD

This is a revised version of an earlier piece. It had been on hold for a prospective buyer, but is now available. To me it conjures up summer, cottage life, and youthful exuberance in a single joyous moment..

Summer, sunshine, and blowing bubbles equals just plain fun. This little acrylic painting is based on a photo of my niece.

Quiet Thoughts

Quiet Thoughts 11 x 14 soft pastel on Canson paper  NFS

This young girl is a favorite model -- a lovely young woman in every way. Normally in perpetual motion, it's rare to find her still. I did, however, manage to capture a photo of her in one such quiet moment. This pastel is the result, and it's a treasured part of my own collection.
